How do I book an Express order?
The option to add Express to your order will show in the order checkout flow if you are ordering a pickup and delivery for an address in our coverage area. Simply select the option when it appears.
Is there a minimum order value?
Yes, there is a £20 minimum order value for our services.
How will I be charged?
Payment is taken in two stages:
  1. Pre-payment: Charged at the minimum order value plus the service fee during booking.
  2. Final charge: After itemisation at our facility, the final invoice is generated, and any remaining amount is charged to your card.
How does Laundryheap work?
  1. Booking: Use our app to select dates, services, and provide special instructions. 
  2. Preparation: Pack items in a disposable bag; use separate bags for different services. 
  3. Collection: Receive a tracking link. Our driver tags each bag with the selected service. 
  4. Cleaning: Our facility itemizes and follows your service instructions. 
  5. Payment: After cleaning, the remaining amount is charged. 
  6. Delivery: Receive a tracking link when the driver is on the way.
Is Express Overnight available in all London?
We serve Central London within the Congestion Zone, South London up to Brixton, West London up to Fulham and Shepherd’s Bush, and parts of East London including Stratford, Canary Wharf, and Canning Town.
